A couple of weeks in prospect of the big wall I was going to paint in Dordrecht, I was invited to introduce my work at the Iconoclash Shortspace. Among other work, I made a prologue painting on the wall of the location.
I called this painting 'Nesteldrang'.
In spring time, birds are looking for a place to make their own and to built a nest. Wherever I go to paint, I do basicly the same thing. Consisting of organising my materials, putting on music, feeling comfertable with the situation and being able to produce. Since I was going to spend some time over here, I had the urge to do the same in Dordrecht.
